Not a whole lot to say about this week; I kept on my goals, 45 minutes and 2 miles for 6 days. I am glad that despite not feeling motivated when I first get up, I eventually get on the treadmill and start walking. More and more, its becoming a fixture in my morning routine, and as that continues, I feel like this has a better chance and a real chance of success, and that I may ultimately be on my way to a healthier me.
But that's about it. No real milestones accomplished on the treadmill, can't really notice any physical changes. So the journey just continues.
