steadfast, true, and determined,
lost with vision.

Behold the ego,
set in glowing emptiness
on the edge of time

the moonlit night chills,
coating the earth in silver,
winter is coming.
I still thought the 5th book was better than the 4th. But I get it - why I certainly can't imagine creating a world with such scope as Martin did, the 5th book did have that feel of, "can we get to the good stuff already."
ReplyDeleteDidn't help me that he kept killing many of my favorite characters in the earlier books.
